DunesVue is a modern two-storied house that is very creative in design and construction.
DunesVue features a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, hood extractor, kitchen fan, in-sink waste disoposal, large pantry, cooking pots, crockery, cutlery and plenty of cupboards.The tiled bathroom has a vanity unit, a large walk in wet area high pressure shower and a washing machine. There are ceiling fans to heat and cool.
There is a woodbuner with an ample supply of wood so you can keep cosy in all weathers.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with two single beds. Also downstairs is the kitchen-dining-living room which has an enclosed but viewable log-fire and ceiling fans. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one with a set of single bunks and a single bed. The other bedroom has a set of bunks, lower double and upper single. A baby's cot and highchair is provided. All beds have pillows and duvets. There is also an upstairs lounge with TV and toys.
The living room has large ranch-slider doors that open out right along the front of the house onto an enclosed landscaped courtyard with a large wooden deck and a water feature that flows when raining. In the courtyard is a large table and seating and a gas bbq.The yard has a large metal-surfaced carpark and the section is landscaped with natives and exotic plants and flowers.
Guests are required to bring their own linen - sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and tea-towels.
DunesVue is available for hire throughout the year on a first-come-first-served basis.
Tariffs:
- High Season (20 Dec 2011 - 31 Jan 2012) : $200 per night
- Summer Season (1 Dec 2011 - 31 March 2012) : $150
- Weekends (2 nights Off Season) : $350
- Mid Week : $90 per night
- Other School Holidays : $100 per night
- Public Holidays : $150 per night
- A cleaning fee of $40 is payable on all bookings
- Minimum stay 2 nights

- All Bookings from 3.00pm entry to 12.00 midday departure
- To Confirm Booking: Payment of Deposit (1 night's fee or 20% whichever is the higher)
- Unconfirmed bookings held for 7 days - if deposit not paid booking lapses and dates available for booking
- Deposits are non-refundable
